YESTODAY est un créateur de rareté. Toutes les séries de T-shirts que nous fabriquons sont uniques, tant dans le design, dans le type de T-shirt, dans l’impression et que dans les couleurs.

The sizes of the T-shirts are indicated there.

• Do T-shirts shrink in the wash ?
A very slight shrinkage may occur during washing.
Attention, les T-shirts doivent impérativement être lavés suivant les instructions qui figurent sur l’étiquette imprimée à l’intérieur du col.
We recommend washing at 30°C maximum. No machine drying, no ironing, the screen prints would be damaged. Yestoday cannot be held liable if these instructions are not respected.
• Is payment by credit card secure ?
Payments on our site are made via secure platforms.
We accept all major payment cards from customers worldwide via the secure STRIPE platform (3D secure 2 support)
Payments by Paypal are also possible on our website.
• When will I receive my order ?

Dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la réception du T-shirt, si celui-ci ne vous satisfait pas, et qu’il n’a pas été porté, lavé ou endommagé, retournez-le à vos frais et nous vous proposerons un autre modèle si il est encore disponible ou un avoir du montant de la commande, pour un achat ultérieur.
Envoyez un mail argumentant votre demande à backtothefuture@yestoday.fr, et dès réception de notre réponse, retournez nous le T-shirt dans son emballage d’origine, affranchi par vos soins, par colissimo remis contre signature à l’adresse suivante :

• What if an item is defective ?
All our T-shirts are hand-printed according to a traditional process.
There are therefore all minor differences.
YESTODAY takes particular care to check the quality of each of its products before shipping.
However, if you receive a defective item, and within 14 days of receiving the T-shirt, send us an email at backtothefuture@yestoday.fr detailing the problem with a photo.
Après l’obtention de notre accord et dès le retour du produit, un avoir vous sera accordé. Tous nos T-shirt étant fabriqués à la demande, nous ne pouvons pas procéder à un échange.

Delivery and returns
Shipping & Returns :
For 1 t-shirt, the package weighs less than 300g.
It measures 29 cm deep, 29 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick.
Pour une veste, le carton sera plus large. Un carton de 33 t est nécessaire et les frais peuvent varier.
Les calculs de frais de port se font automatiquement dans le panier quand le client précise l’adresse de livraison désirée. Si le client achète plusieurs produits, les frais de port demeurent ceux prévus pour un seul produit. Yestoday vous offre l’excédent.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
Between the S-A-S DESOBÉISSANT-ES, with share capital of €2000, registered in the Bobigny R.C.S. under number 853 958 213, represented by M.A.R., as President, duly authorized for the purposes hereof!
The company can be reached by e-mail by clicking on the contact form accessible via the home page of the site.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or the "Company", on the one hand, and the natural or legal person purchasing the company's products or services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", or the "Customer", on the other hand, it has been stated and agreed as follows :
Le Vendeur commercialise des produits et des services de confection et d’impression exclusivement à destination de consommateurs, commercialisés par l’intermédiaire de son site Internet. (https://www.yestoday.fr).

Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.
Article 2: General Provisions
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) s’appliquent à toutes les ventes de Produits, effectuées au travers des sites Internet de la Société qui sont partie intégrante du Contrat entre l’Acheteur et le Vendeur. Le Vendeur se réserve la possibilité de modifier les présentes, à tout moment par la publication d’une nouvelle version sur son site Internet. Les CGV applicables alors sont celles étant en vigueur à la date du paiement (ou du premier paiement en cas de paiements multiples) de la commande. Ces CGV sont consultables sur le site Internet de la Société à l’adresse suivante : https://www.yestoday.fr/ (à remplir avec le lien définitif)
The Company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unreserved by setting up a checkbox and a validation click. The Customer declares that he has read all these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and where applicable the Special Terms and Conditions of Sale relating to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation.
The Client acknowledges that he has received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets his needs. The Client declares that he is in a position to enter into a legal contract under French law or to validly represent the natural or legal person for whom he undertakes to do so. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transaction.
Article 3: Prices
Les prix des produits vendus au travers du site Internet sont indiqués en Euros toutes taxes comprises (TVA + autres taxes éventuelles) sur la page de commande des produits, et hors frais d’expédition. Des droits de douane ou autres taxes locales ou droits d’importation ou taxes d’état sont susceptibles d’être exigibles dans certains cas. Ces droits et sommes ne relèvent pas du ressort du Vendeur. Ils seront à la charge de l’acheteur et relèvent de sa responsabilité (déclarations, paiement aux autorités compétentes, etc.). Le Vendeur invite à ce titre l’acheteur à se renseigner sur ces aspects auprès des autorités locales correspondantes. La Société se réserve la possibilité de modifier ses prix à tout moment pour l’avenir. Les frais de télécommunication nécessaires à l’accès au site Internet de la Société sont à la charge du Client. Le cas échéant également, les frais de livraison.
Article 4: Conclusion of the online contract
The Customer must follow a series of steps specific to each Product offered by the Seller in order to complete his order. However, the steps described below are systematic :
➢ Information on the essential characteristics of the Product ;
➢ Choice of the Product, if necessary of its options and indication of the Customer's essential data (identification, address...) ;
➢ Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ;
➢ Checking of the order elements and, if necessary, correction of errors ;
➢ Follow-up of payment instructions, and payment of products ;
➢ Product delivery.
The Customer will then receive confirmation by email of payment for the order, as well as an acknowledgement of receipt of the order confirming it. He will receive a.pdf copy of these general terms and conditions of sale. For the products delivered, this delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer. For the purpose of the proper execution of the order, and in accordance with Article 1316-1 of the French Civil Code, the Client undertakes to provide its true identification details. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason.
Article 5: Products and Services
The essential characteristics of the goods, services and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company's websites. The customer certifies that he has received a detailed description of the delivery costs as well as the terms of payment, delivery and performance of the contract. The Seller undertakes to honour the Customer's order within the limits of available Product stocks only. Failing this, the Seller shall inform the Customer. This contractual information is presented in detail and in French. In accordance with French law, they are summarized and confirmed when the order is validated. The parties agree that illustrations or photos of products offered for sale have no contractual value. The period of validity of the Products' offer and their prices are specified on the Company's website. Unless otherwise specified, the rights granted hereunder are granted only to the natural person who signed the order (or the person who holds the e-mail address provided). In accordance with the legal provisions concerning conformity and hidden defects, the Seller shall refund or exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to the order.
En vertu de l’Article L121-20 du Code de la Consommation, le Client bénéficie d’un droit de se rétracter et de retourner les produits achetés sur le site yestoday.fr pendant 14 jours francs à compter de la date de livraison de ceux-ci (le cachet de la Poste faisant foi). Les produits peuvent être retournés après contact mail : backhome@yestoday.fr dans leur emballage et dans leur état d’origine (essayé, mais non porté et non lavé) à l’adresse suivante : DÉSOBÉISSANT-ES, 93100 Montreuil…
Article 6: Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.
Article 7: Terms of delivery
The Products are shipped to Metropolitan France and worldwide.
La livraison se fait par Lettre suivi La Poste pour les commandes depuis la France Métropolitaine.
Pour l’outre-mer, l’Europe et le reste du monde, la livraison se fait par Lettre suivi La Poste. Le colis sera remis contre signature.
DÉSOBÉISSANT-ES is not liable for any damage that may be caused to the Customer as a result of the La Poste Tracking Letter service.

The Customer must carefully fill in all fields of the delivery form at the time of ordering, including his delivery details, while indicating a fixed or mobile phone number. Neither DEOBINDER nor the Supplier can be held responsible for any inability to deliver due to inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.
Delivery times in Metropolitan France at the time of validation of the order are 7 to 10 working days from the end of the sale indicated on the website.
In the event of impossibility of delivery on the day of the Appointment due to inappropriate information, difficulties of access or passage not previously reported by the Customer or the Customer's absence from the Appointment in violation of the commitments made during the contact, new delivery charges may be invoiced by DÉSOBÉISSANT-ES, which will contact the Customer for payment of these new delivery charges before any re-delivery of the Product. In the event of non-payment of these fees, DÉSOBÉISSANT-ES reserves the right not to deliver the Product. The risk of damage resulting from these constraints will also be borne by the Customer.
Except in the event of lack of conformity or hidden defects, no further claims and/or reservations will be accepted by DÉSOBÉISSANT-ES, after receipt of the Products by the Customer, (excluding the right of withdrawal).
Article 8: Availability and presentation
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks.
Article 9: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order, including for pre-order products. The Customer can pay by credit card via PayPal without having an account. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). The secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider. The information transmitted is encrypted according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the payment undertaking given by card is irrevocable. By providing his bank details at the time of sale, the Customer authorises the Seller to charge his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to charge the card, the Sale is immediately cancelled by operation of law and the order cancelled.
Article 10: Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs". "The period referred to in the preceding paragraph shall run from the date of receipt for the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services".

En cas d’exercice du droit de rétractation dans le délai susmentionné, seul le prix du ou des produits achetés et les frais d’envoi seront remboursés, les frais de retour restent à la charge du Client. Les retours des produits sont à effectuer dans leur état d’origine et complets (emballage, accessoires…) de sorte qu’ils puissent être recommercialisés à l’état neuf ; ils doivent si possible être accompagnés d’une copie du justificatif d’achat.
Article 11: Guarantees
Conformément à la loi, le Vendeur assume deux garanties : de conformité et relative aux vices cachés des produits. Le Vendeur rembourse l’Acheteur ou échange les produits apparemment défectueux ou ne correspondant pas à la commande effectuée. La demande de remboursement doit s’effectuer de la manière suivante : backhome@yestoday.fr .
Le Vendeur rappelle que le Consommateur : – dispose d’un délai de 2 ans à compter de la délivrance du bien pour agir auprès du Vendeur – qu’il peut choisir entre le remplacement et la réparation du bien sous réserve des conditions prévues par l’art. 4, apparemment défectueux ou ne correspondant pas – qu’il est dispensé d’apporter la preuve l’existence du défaut de conformité du bien durant les 6 mois suivant la délivrance du bien. – que, sauf biens d’occasion, ce délai sera porté à 24 mois à compter du 18 mars 2016 – que le Consommateur peut également faire valoir la garantie contre les vices cachés de la chose vendue au sens de l’Article 1641 du Code civil et, dans cette hypothèse, il peut choisir entre la résolution de la vente ou une réduction du prix de vente (dispositions des articles 1644 du Code civil).
Article 12: Complaints

Article 13: Intellectual Property Rights
Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the Seller. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these GTC. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these properties for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
Article 14: Force majeure
The performance of the Seller's obligations hereunder shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would prevent its performance. The Seller shall notify the Customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
Article 15: Invalidity and amendment of the contract
If one of the provisions of this contract is cancelled, this cancellation will not result in the cancellation of the other provisions that will remain in force between the parties. Any contractual amendment is only valid after a written agreement signed by the parties.
Article 16: Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify any personal data concerning you. By adhering to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you consent to the collection and use of this data by us for the purpose of fulfilling this contract. By entering your e-mail address on one of the sites in our network, you will receive e-mails containing information and promotional offers concerning products published by the Company and its partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do this, simply click on the link at the end of our e-mails or contact the controller by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Article 17: Applicable law
All the clauses appearing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all the purchase and sale operations referred to therein, shall be subject to French law.
